Established in 2016 we are a very small woman-owned business providing Export Control and Regulatory Compliance, Business, Administrative and Consulting Services. We were established based on 30+ years of experience working with various companies (both large and small) in the local area, including Government Affiliated companies. For short-term or long-term export control classification reviews, program and project plan development, general administrative work such as procedure development, statement of work development and program development, invoicing, or general consulting, oversight needs and temporary staffing; we're here to help you meet your business goals.

We are Certified by the Small Business Administration as a Small Woman Owned Business, a member of the National Small Business Association, the US Women's Chamber of Commerce, Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating.

We utilize the most advanced international trade software available, as well as certified personnel, to perform restricted party screenings, administrative screenings, controlled goods and classifications (ECCNs) and development of classification inventory. Our personnel certifications are received through an accredited Export Compliance Training Program requiring re-certification every two years.
